      Good pay and benefits, lots of hours

      Cons

      Very inconsistent HR dept, some people (usually the better ones) are fired for not following policy while others (usually the not so good workers) seem to be able to do whatever they wish. Management does not listen to each other, let alone its employees who butter their bread. Without people who actually produce there is no need for management. Advancement seems based more on who you know rather than what you know.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
