      Pretty good innovation mindset to stay on top of food trends. Benefits (but ignore the bonus since there is low probability you will get it)

      Cons

      Culture is a work in progress Limited social interaction since people are extremely busy and in different locations Business is not performing so there is constant pressure and cuts

      People we work with, free cookies and wafles.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
