Cons
Work extra hours but don't get paid for it. They tell you the job is bonus eligible but they only give bonus' to management and they're the ones that don't do the work!! You offer suggestions for improvement but management doesn't listen.. they just say the same thing you did months later and take credit for it. POS management all the way up to the Plant MGR. All they care about is getting cookies and waffles out, couldn't care less about employee's home life - they expect you to work extra days/hours at the drop of a hat and point you if you don't! But do you think all the managers are there.. no! You have to perform ridiculous audits that others are not expected to get done even thought they're assigned them. No one even looks at what you turn in for the audits.
