      Benefits were decent for the industry

      Cons

      Management was horrific to work for. Everything moves at a snail's pace in this organization. Top leadership does not share information between business functions leading to confusion. They constantly cancelled meetings at the last minute making difficult to schedule anything.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
