      Pros

      Decent benefits typically provided by larger publicly held companies. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Poor management and poor leadership with no vision. Was a great company when the founder Sam Reed and others were running it, then the corporate raiders came in and that was that. How long did Bob Aiken last? What has Steve Oakland done other than sell off problems he and his management team couldn't fix?

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
