      Pros

      Sarah is our on-site manager at Treehouse/Lofthouse, from Spherion....the temp agency that hired me. She worked her butt off trying to find me a position in the company that was giving out full-time hours for employees. She finally was able to get me into the Sanitation Department. Yes, it is laborious, but it's full-time in Ogden, UT!

      Cons

      Laborious......although, it's just cleaning essentially, there are heavy things to be lifted everyday. You will need to be able to lift at least 50 lbs they said.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
