      Pros

      Easy, mindless labor for a decent wage.

      Cons

      Terrible policy enforcement and follow through. You'll hear one thing from HR and another from management. They're not looking for thinkers, just bodies. Faced sexual harassment from another guy on my crew and it was quickly swept under the rug and I was still expected to work with the guy.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
