      Pros

      Work straight shifts. Climate control in the coffee bays. Free coffee on break. I really don't have very much good to say about this company.

      Cons

      Micro managed, all about the numbers, last minute notice on Over Time, not enough training time, pay is terrible for line workers and dumpers, no communication from management. Treat their employees poorly.

      People we work with, free cookies and wafles.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
