      Pros

      Pay is very competitive for CPG companies. A lot of people have been brought in from outside top CPG companies, and are trying to improve the org and culture.

      Cons

      There's a reason this company has struggled for years, People still refuse to change processes / improve that have been in org for years. Private label categories the company makes have been growing for years but company falls flat each quarter on the targets (top / bottom line). Solely an execution issue but ELT team continues to bring same message with zero accountability, It's literally groundhog day, when will people be held accountable for their poor results?

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
