Pros
You're working with bikes, hard to get too upset about literal toys. You're never bored; there's simply not enough people around to get everything done, so the day usually flies by. Good customer service yields good interactions and a good day.
Cons
Extremely thin staff. Time intensive tasks need to be performed very frequently, but overtime is never allowed. Often a single person calling out will cause significant problems. The pay is about what you'd make at a fast food joint, so you definitely can't afford to live in the same city you work with this job alone. Constantly shifting rules leaves a lot of confusion regarding procedure-- this is more a reflection of poor management. Bad customer service yields bad interactions and a bad day.
