Pros

Good pay, interesting work, nice perks, profit-sharing program, decent bonuses.

Cons

African-Americans are belittled and treated like second class citizens compared to Whites in the DC office. Daily mircoaggression geared towards African-Americans.This includes African Americans at all levels from managing director to admin assistants. Blacks are paid less, not selected to work on key projects, condescending tone frequently used towards this group. Lack of recognition and appreciation for contributions made.

Pros

Wealthy enough to hire a managing director, whose main job is the do the train and do the job for the grandson of the boss's friend.

Cons

Poor enough to steal from consultants. The business can hardly handle anything that involves any amount of technical work. They copy-pasted the data, program and outcome form other business to your report.
