Pros
Overall I have had a very positive experience working in Treliant in Belfast so far. A good place to start your career or transition into from other industries. There’s good training and support, and they have some good interesting clients. Managers and directors are approachable and seem to want you to do well, Ive generally felt listened to with any concerns which is refreshing. Everyone is friendly and the social events are good. Overall a nice friendly place to work. A lot of flexibility to work from home and no real micromanagement or pressuring you into the office when you don’t need to be which is nice especially considering all the other companies forcing everyone back in. But at the same time it’s nice being in when everyone else is. Good benefits like healthcare, bonus, good annual leave entitlement compared to other places I’ve worked
Cons
Like most places at the minute promotions and pay rises can be a bit slow, but from speaking to friends in other companies that is more of an industry wide issue. I would say anyone who has been promoted recently has worked very hard for it and I don’t think there’s any unfairness or favouritism, but I know it’s hard when you feel like you’ve been overlooked
