No work life balance, lots of favouritism and nepotism in management. They gas you up and make you believe that you have potential and the chance to work your way up, but you can hit high numbers all you want and theyll never bring it up again. While our plant manager was on vacation they sent us another plant manager from the US to take over and he fired two of the top long term employees with no warning before going back home. People still wonder where they are Higher ups will tell you not to talk about personal matters on the floor but then go hunting with each other on the weekends. They are all suspiciously close with each other and claim that “nothing can be done” about literally anything that workers on the floor have issues with. Coworkers in the past have blacked out from the heat in the summer as we have limited fans, no air conditioning, and work on steam powered machines, however management will tell you that we are fine and should stop complaining because they used to work with fire. I also got a higher bonus working for a local bottle depot during Covid. Was good working here until the company takeover. all of the long term people have quit now bc of management, communication and culture issues and I left for the same reasons. And to find a company that also rewards hard work as tremco has seemingly stopped doing that. The business has unfortunately become very shady. Also, I quit roughly a month ago and I find it interesting that with such a big company, I have still not received my last 2 weeks of pay and have not been able to contact anyone or hear from anyone regarding it :)
