Pros
Most people are nice enough. New facility in a decent location for the Domain.
Cons
This review applies only to the TippingPoint branch of Trend. This place is like a tech time capsule. Analytics are run in Excel with macros and bureaucratic divisions run deep and wide. People seem to be stuck here due to complacency and fear of the outside world. Internal politics and finger-pointing between departments is a constant. Lots of talk, little action - few suggestions are ever considered or implemented, and if they are, someone else will take credit for them. Management has little to no regard for employee time, as few meetings start on time and managers frequently cut corners on spending in favor of working employees overtime. Everyone seems to be very skilled at looking busy without ever getting anything done, a large percentage of meetings end with no actionable items. Garbage product with so many stop-ship bugs that representing it got really embarrassing. Corporate to the core; ignore the classic "feels like a startup" line.
