Some fun people to work with. Leading edge technology and alliances with key vendors. Strong brand recognition and technology to back it up. Health benefits included.

Cons

Micro management installed as a culture, leading to negative workforce. Management not in touch with real world outcomes so some unrealistic expectations. Processes seem a little immature so loss of opportunity and growth. Pay is terrible compared to competition.

Cons

You will never, and I mean never, get a meaningful raise or a promotion at this company. It is a place for coasting, not growing. Leadership cares more about looking like an AI company than anything else.
