      Pros

      Excellent leadership has got the company going in the right direction as it was in bad shape just five years ago. New products that perform, solid distribution and a growth strategy any employee would want to be a part of in the company they work for.

      Cons

      Communication is lacking at times but getting better. Career path growth is limited.

      Pay is great for the area; benefits are very good and lots of other nice perks (food, gifts, happenings, community involvement)

      Disorganized; senior management not generally helpful and don't listen to issues nor attempt to change any disfunction.
