      The pay is really good, you can do what you want with no negative impact

      Cons

      If you actually work you will be overworked because no one is held accountable and it falls on you. Management is the worst, especially HR! If you try to better the company and hold people accountable you are screwed.

      Pay is great for the area; benefits are very good and lots of other nice perks (food, gifts, happenings, community involvement)

      Cons

      Disorganized; senior management not generally helpful and don't listen to issues nor attempt to change any disfunction.
