      Pros

      Pay, fairly easy job, People.

      Cons

      Heat, too much mandatory overtime, short staffed, unsafe conditions are addressed by crew and not fixed, production bonus was taken away but not for upper management and corporate. Horrible training and communication.

      Pay is great for the area; benefits are very good and lots of other nice perks (food, gifts, happenings, community involvement)

      Cons

      Disorganized; senior management not generally helpful and don't listen to issues nor attempt to change any disfunction.
