      Pros

      Continuously being pushed to be promoted within and climb the ladder. I've always had a close knit team in every position (in all 3 promotions I've received). Management has gotten better each time as well.

      Cons

      The pay could be more competitive.

      Pay is great for the area; benefits are very good and lots of other nice perks (food, gifts, happenings, community involvement)

      Cons

      Disorganized; senior management not generally helpful and don't listen to issues nor attempt to change any disfunction.
