Terrible leadership and no communication - Director Trex Company Employee Review

Poor leadership communication, VP’s don’t communicate. The company is a house of cards being managed just to meet the quarter. Had the misfortune of becoming very sick as I was approaching my first year anniversary and was demoted and pay cut the day before my FMLA was to kick in so I had no choice but to leave look for another job while dealing with a life threatening illness. No family support, they tried everything possible to get me to mess up with FMLA so they could fire me. Stay away from this business it’s a career wrecker. I’ve never seen a business with less regard for employees.
