      Pay and benefits although there is not much room for advancement if you are not friends with someone.

      Cons

      Diversity, hard-working employees are skipped over for promotions and it seems based on ethnicity not that there are many minorities

      Pay is great for the area; benefits are very good and lots of other nice perks (food, gifts, happenings, community involvement)

      Disorganized; senior management not generally helpful and don't listen to issues nor attempt to change any disfunction.
