      The people are wonderful to work with. Open collaboration between teams. A culture of innovation. Ping Pong tournaments and other fun.

      Cons

      Continued improvements to homes creates re-work, so often you are redoing what you had thought was completed months before.

      Amazing leadership who genuinely care and are very flexible. Great communication from Marketing Director. The culture is great. Free Breakfast once a week. Half day on Fridays. Work life balance.

      Stagnant roles with little room for growth due to hierarchy structure.

      Poor Leadership, Micromanaging to the point of workplace bullying/harassment. VP and President known for unprofessional behaviors- silent treatment, undermining, retaliatory. Extreme turnover. Use company resources for personal gain.
