Amazing Company culture, great Benefits, Friendly Coworkers, decent Work Life Balance, Excellent Product to sell, recoginition

Cons

Not enough employees on the corporate side to handle all the work. One person ends up doing several different jobs.

Thank you for your comments! Employee development is something we will be working on over the next few months. We are currently in the process of expanding our award winning onboarding program to include more in-depth training for our new employees which will include specific construction process and other industry related training. Input from employees - especially our new employees will be important in creating the program so expect to see a survey regarding that soon. Amazing leadership who genuinely care and are very flexible. Great communication from Marketing Director. The culture is great. Free Breakfast once a week. Half day on Fridays. Work life balance.

Cons

Stagnant roles with little room for growth due to hierarchy structure.

Supportive Team and Very Resourceful. Will Promote when Jobs added to workload.

Cons

Poor Leadership, Micromanaging to the point of workplace bullying/harassment. VP and President known for unprofessional behaviors- silent treatment, undermining, retaliatory. Extreme turnover. Use company resources for personal gain.
