      Wonderful people. Good benefits. If you are a good worker there is room to grow and opportunities to move around within the company.

      Cons

      Home building is a tough industry. Market ups and downs are hard on employees. Lots of meetings where not much gets accomplished.

      Amazing leadership who genuinely care and are very flexible. Great communication from Marketing Director. The culture is great. Free Breakfast once a week. Half day on Fridays. Work life balance.

      Stagnant roles with little room for growth due to hierarchy structure.

      Poor Leadership, Micromanaging to the point of workplace bullying/harassment. VP and President known for unprofessional behaviors- silent treatment, undermining, retaliatory. Extreme turnover. Use company resources for personal gain.
