      Pros

      One thing I like about Tripointe Homes is how family oriented they are. As a construxtion manager, I am off work early to enjoy time wirh my family. The benefits are pretty good too

      Cons

      The biggest complaint I have with Tripointe is their land aquisition. They are very heavy with land on the east side of arizona and not much on the west.

      Pros

      Amazing leadership who genuinely care and are very flexible. Great communication from Marketing Director. The culture is great. Free Breakfast once a week. Half day on Fridays. Work life balance.

      Cons

      Stagnant roles with little room for growth due to hierarchy structure.

      Supportive Team and Very Resourceful. Will Promote when Jobs added to workload.

      Cons

      Poor Leadership, Micromanaging to the point of workplace bullying/harassment. VP and President known for unprofessional behaviors- silent treatment, undermining, retaliatory. Extreme turnover. Use company resources for personal gain.
