Trendmaker has a fun office culture and management team that really wants its employees to enjoy coming to work. If you put in the effort and perform to the best of your ability, you will be successful!

      Pros

      Amazing leadership who genuinely care and are very flexible. Great communication from Marketing Director. The culture is great. Free Breakfast once a week. Half day on Fridays. Work life balance.

      Stagnant roles with little room for growth due to hierarchy structure.

      Cons

      Poor Leadership, Micromanaging to the point of workplace bullying/harassment. VP and President known for unprofessional behaviors- silent treatment, undermining, retaliatory. Extreme turnover. Use company resources for personal gain.
