      Lots of work to do. The day goes by very quickly. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Communication could be better. So many moving parts and things get missed because not all the staff will get informed. Not on purpose, it just happens.

      Amazing leadership who genuinely care and are very flexible. Great communication from Marketing Director. The culture is great. Free Breakfast once a week. Half day on Fridays. Work life balance.

      Stagnant roles with little room for growth due to hierarchy structure.

      Poor Leadership, Micromanaging to the point of workplace bullying/harassment. VP and President known for unprofessional behaviors- silent treatment, undermining, retaliatory. Extreme turnover. Use company resources for personal gain.
