      Good product and People. The company has a great buyer facing website

      Cons

      Managment will cut your pay if you do too well. They dont incentivise you to sell more homes... it drives out good sales people.

      Amazing leadership who genuinely care and are very flexible. Great communication from Marketing Director. The culture is great. Free Breakfast once a week. Half day on Fridays. Work life balance.

      Stagnant roles with little room for growth due to hierarchy structure.

      Supportive Team and Very Resourceful. Will Promote when Jobs added to workload.

      Cons

      Poor Leadership, Micromanaging to the point of workplace bullying/harassment. VP and President known for unprofessional behaviors- silent treatment, undermining, retaliatory. Extreme turnover. Use company resources for personal gain.
