      Pros

      Great place to work. Trendmaker is very employee oriented with employee recognitions on a regular basis. Great benefits and a great work environment. Excellent work/life balance.

      Cons

      The only thing that could make this a better place to work is to have the office closer to home so that my commute was shorter.

      Pros

      Amazing leadership who genuinely care and are very flexible. Great communication from Marketing Director. The culture is great. Free Breakfast once a week. Half day on Fridays. Work life balance.

      Stagnant roles with little room for growth due to hierarchy structure.

      Supportive Team and Very Resourceful. Will Promote when Jobs added to workload.

      Cons

      Poor Leadership, Micromanaging to the point of workplace bullying/harassment. VP and President known for unprofessional behaviors- silent treatment, undermining, retaliatory. Extreme turnover. Use company resources for personal gain.
