Pros

A lot of great team members that are willing to assist when able if needed. Great community.

Cons

A lot of us users are remote and don't get to see other team mates very often. However we do have a lot of calls and we are able to communicate fluidly.

Chill, Laid back, Decent base pay.

Cons

Managers are non existent, No actual leads are given, Everyone has different rules and expectations. Place is nuts when it comes to being organized. Doesn't matter what time you show up. One guy wears sweats every day, shows up 45 minutes late and got a promotion before many folks because the bosses son plays on his baseball team
