Cons

Forced to work extra shifts when other employees call out because you cannot get someone to relieve you. Company cares nothing about you and only about their profits

Chill, Laid back, Decent base pay.

Cons

Managers are non existent, No actual leads are given, Everyone has different rules and expectations. Place is nuts when it comes to being organized. Doesn't matter what time you show up. One guy wears sweats every day, shows up 45 minutes late and got a promotion before many folks because the bosses son plays on his baseball team
