Not worth it! - Unit Secretary TriStar Health Employee Review

Management is pretty useless,more about profit then patient care and pay is low. When there are incentive pay hours for others to pick up,medical reception is not offered this but if there is an emergency they must stay as they are considered core staff. Completely unfair. You re only core staff when they want extra work off you. Not to mention you are treated like float pool employees being floated almost every shift but you re not allowed float pool pay.
