-Relaxed working environment -Breakfast + lunch sometimes -Everyone in the company is young

Cons

-Workload is not planned. Some days you'll be drowning, some days you won't have a project to work on -Management is always travelling for "business" and spending copious amounts of money with "clients" -Pay check is very light -Benefits are not solid

People were nice and kind and the location was convenient for the subway

Cons

It's consulting work: mostly about the marketing rather than any quality of engineering. Pair programming sucks and is half as effective.
