Pros
- Great place to learn and you get lots of responsibilities, definitely recommended for someone's first job - Feels like the leadership team genuinely wants to help you improve and build your career - Big name clients, projects are interesting and fun - Generally, the culture is awesome and the people are really genuine and nice. No workplace drama and politics (that I know of at least) - Free breakfast and weekly lunch & learns - Gorgeous view of downtown Toronto and a really nice location - Transparency is truly valued here and monthly town halls address any questions and concerns employees may have
Cons
- Compensation is a bit low - Would love if we had more vacation days, or if leadership looked into an unlimited vacation policy - Sometimes it's super busy, but sometimes there's nothing to do, having some more consistency in workload would be nice
