Pros
Nice office space and they never stop feeding you free food.
Cons
Loved my colleagues, but found the majority of mid-level and senior managers insufferable. Some wouldn't even let you change a roll of toilet paper without constant supervision. For a private equity owned business, they are simultaneously obsessed with the bottom line and utterly clueless about managing budgets. Make that make sense. Was never once given parameters for spending, just reprimanded when it didn't meet imagined expectations. Pay is about 35% under industry averages, as discovered interviewing elsewhere. All coordinators are hourly, but the demands of the role often require salaried responses. Must enforce personal boundaries or be called into conversations when you are "off the clock." And heaven forbid they pay overtime! Comprehensive benefits offering is dizzying, but the reality is the medical is pretty expensive and doesn't cover much. And the amount of paid time off is lacking. This office is the sort where a supervisor might come to you with a "people are saying" complaint. Sure. People.
