they did not want to let me go home after season ended. I had to quit to be able to go home. Their HR was a moron.

-Decent pay -Room and board paid for -month vacation at a time

Cons

-No real room for growth -to much favoritism and racism - leadership really doesn’t protect you they are more likely trying to get you fired or show favoritism towards certain employees -HR doesn’t help anyone but the management team, chief engineers, leads, etc.
