Harassment from workers, management is not educated, lacking business principles and standard practices, HR is very hard to get in contact with. one coworker was drug user and spoke about it regularly in a drug tested workplace. People don't really get fired and they get rehired it they do. Some people are really professional and others are terrible. its a mixed bag. You can have a really great time or a terrible time.
