Tours and orientation information is misleading, they do not give prospective employees an accurate description of all aspects of the job and the trading is too vague and generalized. It is often a real deal breaker when new employees find out for the first time what some of their duties entail for that competitive wage & benefit Also have to say that other reviews are not wrong about an abusive environment. Employees are continually being told to report discrepancies or certain things to management but when they do management is either not receptive or down right hostile. there is a complete lack of support for employees reporting issues or complaints and often results in harassment disguised as poor reviews and or probationary warnings. No room for upward movement unless you have the right last name or connections. Most promotions are not based on skills or seniority but on who you are.
