Pros

This is a company that allows you to take ownership for the work you do which instills pride among employees. Growth and independent thinking is encouraged.

Cons

Cell phones and email accessability makes the work life balance a challenge- just like every other company out there. Lots of employee discounts. Pay isn't the best out there, but the benefits- health, 401k, product discounts, and coworkers more than make up for it.

-Decent pay -Room and board paid for -month vacation at a time

Cons

-No real room for growth -to much favoritism and racism - leadership really doesn’t protect you they are more likely trying to get you fired or show favoritism towards certain employees -HR doesn’t help anyone but the management team, chief engineers, leads, etc.
