Pros

Company owners treat all employees as a family, provide support and assistance, if needed. Decent hourly rate, constant working hours, no room and boarding)))

Cons

Isolated area (island), no places to go (only a gym, a church and a bar), no good stores or restaurants (good saving))). Hard to get a good qualified medical assistance (better stay healthy). Wet cod windy weather almost all year round

-Decent pay -Room and board paid for -month vacation at a time

Cons

-No real room for growth -to much favoritism and racism - leadership really doesn’t protect you they are more likely trying to get you fired or show favoritism towards certain employees -HR doesn’t help anyone but the management team, chief engineers, leads, etc.
