Overall a great place to work, Was a supervisor, so I could make my own hours to ensure the job was done daily.
Cons
I was fired due to my performance. I never had a write up or any disciplinary action against me. I went into the office while I was on vacation to check the plant and talk to HR about a wastewater job that was posted online for Trident Seafoods. I was lied to by the Maintenance Manager at first. Later the same person called me to his office and fired me. He didn't seem to mind talking to me when I was fired. Is there a reason he couldn't speak to me if there was a problem with my performance. I was doing the job the way the former Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager told me to. I think he wanted a "yes man", not someone with a brain.
