      Pros

      Flexible timing, TT,diwali gifts are cool.

      Cons

      No organised work culture, dependent on two projects may be soon they loose one, trying to implement automation in testing which is never going to success because you don't have project related to automation. ....... Favourism is at peak from boss , if you are a automation you get good KRA rating otherwise its a dream for manual .
