      Pros

      Trigyn is a regulated outsource company. I have never been in their office but stay in client location all the time. So they never bother you. They provide health insurance and 401k. If you work through you own company, they took 12% from client’s pay.

      Cons

      The industry itself. No job safety, no career path. And your pay depends on your project.
