Pros

For the work itself the pay was not bad at all. You never actually have to be in contact with trigyn. Any issues I had I dealt with my supervisor right on the spot in the office (Supervisor was just another contractor just like me). I did not meet a single representative from trigyn in person while I worked there. Great group of guys to work with at least at the UN site. Easy to take days off, getting paid for them though is something entirely different.

Cons

Biggest cons are unpaid mandatory hour lunch. You could work any amount of hours in that day, regardless if you ate lunch or not they're taking an hour out of your paycheck. Secondly, there's no real career growth. You keep the same title and relatively the same wage as I gathered from employees who have been there for over a decade.
