A black mark in my career - Senior Executive Command and Control Centre Operations Trigyn Technologies Employee Review

The company don't even know on what job role they deployed me at clients place. The designation they gave me while joining was senior executive and in the appraisal i was given lead operator saying it as a promotion. But the title was not at all relevant and it effected my career highly. They initially quoted low to the profile without having knowledge of what the position is and it degraded the value of position. I resigned the company just because of all these factors. No travel expenses were ever provided even for emergency situations.
