Company expects you to serve 3 months’ notice period but will terminate you from service without giving even 1 month notice. Recently company fired 5 employees without notice. No job security poor infrastructure including the chairs that will make your back cry in pain, unhygienic canteen(its more of a tapri than cafeteria) Whole of the company is living off just 3 accounts. Sales team is the worst i have ever seen. Not a Single Account won in last 3 years that i have been here. Management is least interested in ground realty. No transparency in policy, decision making. you have to rely on gossips to get information on what is going in company. if you ask manager they will just say new work is going to come. company is getting new clients. but will never answer precise on who and when, Just shy away from real situation which is worse. No banking, healthcare, Insurance projects here.
