Pros
On boarding - It was a smooth transition not limited to the formalities at the Client Side Time Off - Work - Life Balance - Initially offered 18 leaves at (onsite) however due to certain changes in the pay the PTO dropped down to 13 (which is quite good). Team - The HR team is quite responsive for any kind of queries not limited to Immigration, Visa, Time Off, Pay Stub
Cons
1. Personal Time Off management Policy - Should be revised and relaxed 2. Pay/Salary - Onsite salary hardly changes, even after years of working. If an employee is unable to bring more work orders to the company, the salary does not change.
