Pros
Good health insurance, compensatory time off, clinic available for basic health needs.
Cons
No extra hour payment, no danger pay, no maternity leave and very minimal sick leave. No extra bonus per worked year and no pension. No lump sum for flights. Some do not have accommodations with overhead protection and those who have, live in tiny monthly-paid accommodations. No consultation about accommodation issues.
