Pros
Salary: If you are a key member of project or technically strong (and you put down paper)then your salary will be more then that of what paymasters pay you(Its true,I was one of those who had this privilege :)).I had joined trigyn as a fresher and worked there for close to 5 years and I am very much benefitting from the exposure and work experience that I got there in my current work assignments in different company. Onsite : In both Java accounts : WIPO(everyone-rotation policy-geneva) and Ansell(for tech leads or managers only-usa). For dot net and sysAdmin guys,you will get opportunity to work in Entebbe,lebanon etc.
Cons
New management is strict and will fire you if you are not performing(you will get a chance to prove urself first). Infrastructure is not so good and company needs to think for changing its office place and offcourse need to work on branding
