Pros
When you are soaring on the rating and responses regarding Trilogy [and even CrossOver], you could find yourself a little bit intimidated. So, I will try to unveil that and give you my point of view regarding this company. Trilogy/CrossOver is not a place that you are going into to take a break. It is a place that will make you learn new things almost daily. You will need to take many responsibilities from one day to another, and you will need to keep up for it. It will help shape your career in ways that you'll never think it could. I was able to take all the Professional certifications for AWS/Azure/Google in my time being here because I wanted to be prepared for the new challenges. The pay is good enough, and I like that they are reaching areas that no one else is. I have one of the most diverse teams in the entire company, with one member of each nationality. Which is incredible fun, and I've learned a lot of things from them. Besides what I've said, this is a place that will let you try your best and do your best. Obviously, you need to have this kind of energy to keep yourself at it at all times.
Cons
One of the cons that I can mention is the tracker. Even when I say this, I think t is good at the beginning. I had worked as a manager previously, and having a tool like it could prove invaluable to understand how a newcomer is performing. I understand that there is a lot of data that needs to be extrapolated from it by someone to be converted to information and, thus, be useful. At the moment and personally, I do not think the tracker is appropriately used, and it can improve to boost their employees, not only to punish.
